MECHANICS:

2. Save the official choreography video.
3. Record yourself dancing to the #AficionadoBangongMilyonesCondoRaffle song (1 minute and 07 seconds). Don’t be shy to add your own style in the choreography. 4. Upload your video to Tiktok . Post publicly using the official campaign hashtag #AficionadoBangongMilyonesDanceChallenge. Post it only on the schedule posting date so all will be fair to all contestants
5. Make sure to tag @aficionadoph so that we will be able to see it.

DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

Monthly Winners:

Five (5) winners will be selected every month.

The Monthly Winners will be determined based on the combined total engagement received by their official TikTok entry during the designated contest period.

The engagement score will be based on the combination of:

• TikTok Likes/Hearts
• Favorites
• Reposts/Shares

The entries with the highest combined engagement score will be declared the Top 5 Monthly Winners.

FORMULA:

Likes/Hearts + Favorites + Reposts/Shares = Total Engagement Score

Grand Prize

There shall be four (4) Grand Finalists in total:

• November 2026 First Place Winner
• December 2026 First Place Winner
• January 2027 First Place Winner
• February 2027 First Place Winner

The Grand Finalists shall be evaluated by Mr. Joel Cruz, President of Aficionado, based on the following criteria:

Grand Prize Criteria:

Creativity – 40%

Energy – 30%

Mastery of Steps – 30%

TOTAL – 100%

The judges’ decisions shall be final and irrevocable.

Tie-Breaker

In the event of a tie, the finalist with the higher score in Creativity shall prevail.

GRAND PRIZES

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The Aficionado Bangong Milyones Dance Challenge (the “Contest”) is organized, sponsored, and administered by Central Affirmative Co., Inc., a corporation duly organized and existing under Philippine laws and the manufacturer, marketer, and owner of the AFICIONADO® brand (“Aficionado“).

For purposes of these Contest Mechanics, all references to “Aficionado” shall mean Central Affirmative Co., Inc., acting through its authorized officers, employees, representatives, marketing agencies, and duly designated contest administrators.

Aficionado shall have the authority to administer the Contest, verify entries, determine participant eligibility, validate results, disqualify non-compliant entries, and award prizes in accordance with these Contest Mechanics.

• The contest is open to all residents of the Philippines. Participation in the contest is FREE. No purchase is necessary to join.
• Entries must be posted strictly within the designated posting schedule and contest period.

• Participants below eighteen (18) years of age must submit a duly accomplished parental or legal guardian consent form in a format prescribed by Aficionado. Aficionado reserves the right to require proof of age and proof of parental or legal guardian authority prior to confirming eligibility or releasing any prize. Any prize awarded to a participant below eighteen (18) years old may be released only to the participant’s parent or legal guardian upon presentation of valid identification and such documents as Aficionado may require.

• Entries uploaded before the official posting date may be disqualified.
• The TikTok account and contest entry must remain public throughout the contest period and until the winners have been announced.
• Entries that do not use the official song, required hashtag, or do not tag @aficionadoph may be disqualified.
• Aficionado reserves the right to disqualify entries containing inappropriate, offensive, or unrelated content.
• Non-Winners per round may rejoin the next round provided that they will upload another entry. Using of previous entries will lead to automatic disqualification
• By participating in the contest, entrants agree to abide by these official mechanics and all decisions of Aficionado, which shall be final and binding

I. ENTRIES RESTRICTION:

1. Only one (1) entry per TikTok account per monthly contest cycle shall be allowed.
2. A maximum of two (2) individuals may appear in one video.
3. Entries containing offensive, obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate content shall be disqualified.
4. Entries must remain publicly accessible throughout the contest period and until winners have been officially announced.
5. Entries posted before or after the designated posting period may be disqualified.
6. Aficionado reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that does not comply with these mechanics.

7. By submitting an entry, participants grant Aficionado a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, adapt, and publicly communicate the submitted entry, including the participant’s video, solely for promotional, advertising, publicity, and marketing purposes relating to Aficionado and the Contest.

II. ANTI- FRAUD PROVISION

Aficionado reserves the right to review, audit, verify, and validate all engagement metrics.

The following may result in immediate disqualification:

• Purchased followers;
• Purchased likes;
• Artificial engagement;
• Automated bots;
• Click farms;
• Fake accounts;
• Fraudulent voting schemes;
• Any activity intended to manipulate contest results.

Aficionado’s determination regarding fraudulent activity shall be final

III. PRESIDENT’S CHOICE AWARD

In addition to the Monthly and Grand Prize Awards, Aficionado President Mr. Joel Cruz may select one (1) participant for the President’s Choice Award.

The recipient of the President’s Choice Award may be selected from all valid entries submitted during the Contest Period and may also be a Monthly Winner or Grand Finalist.

The President’s Choice Award shall be based on:

• Outstanding creativity;
• Brand representation;
• Entertainment value;
• Overall campaign impact.

Prize Value:

₱14,000 consisting of cash and/or product prizes, as determined by Aficionado.

IV. CLAIMING OF PRIZES

1. Winners shall be notified through Aficionado’s official social media pages and through the contact information submitted in the registration form.
2. Winners must submit:
   • One (1) valid government-issued ID;
   • Bank account details for cash prize deposits;
   • Delivery address for product prizes.
3. Cash prizes shall be deposited directly to the winner’s designated bank account.
4. Product prizes shall be delivered to the winner’s registered address.
5. Failure to submit documentary requirements within fifteen (15) calendar days from notification may result in forfeiture of the prize.

V. DATA PRIVACY CONSENT

By participating in this contest, participants expressly authorize Aficionado to collect, process, store, and use their personal information solely for purposes related to contest administration, winner verification, prize distribution, publicity, and promotion, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

VI. PUBLICITY CONSENT

By accepting any prize, winners agree to allow Aficionado to use their name, likeness, photographs, videos, social media content, and contest entries for promotional, advertising, publicity, and marketing purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

VII. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or their respective affiliates. Participants completely release TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and Meta from any liability arising from or related to the Contest.

VIII. TAXES

Any taxes imposed by law in relation to the prizes shall be borne by the winner, if applicable.

IX. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. Aficionadoreserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and validate the authenticity of all entries, engagement metrics, and supporting information submitted in connection with the Contest.
2. Any attempt to circumvent, manipulate, interfere with, or otherwise violate these Contest Mechanics shall result in disqualification and may result in the forfeiture of any prize awarded.
3. Entries found to be in violation of any applicable law, regulation, platform policy, intellectual property right, or any provision of these Contest Mechanics may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Aficionado.
4. Aficionado reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false, misleading, inaccurate, or incomplete information, or who engages in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, automated, or improper conduct in connection with the Contest.
5. Aficionado reserves the right to clarify, amend, supplement, suspend, or terminate these Contest Mechanics or any aspect of the Contest where reasonably necessary for the proper administration and conduct of the Contest, including in cases of force majeure, fraud, technical failures, legal or regulatory requirements, security concerns, platform disruptions, or circumstances beyond Aficionado’s reasonable control. Any material amendment shall be announced through Aficionado’s official communication channels and shall take effect upon publication.
6. No amendment, clarification, or supplement to these Contest Mechanics shall operate to unfairly deprive participants of prizes already won or rights already accrued under these Contest Mechanics prior to the effectivity of such amendment.
7. In the event that any advertised prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Aficionado’s reasonable control, Aficionado reserves the right to substitute such prize with another prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
8. All decisions of Aficionado and its designated judges with respect to eligibility, qualification, interpretation of these Contest Mechanics, scoring, verification, disqualification, selection of winners, and award of prizes shall be final, binding, and non-appealable.
9. Participation in the Contest constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Contest Mechanics, including any official clarifications, interpretations, amendments, or announcements issued by Aficionado in accordance with these Contest Mechanics.
10. These Contest Mechanics and the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to the Contest, the parties shall endeavor to resolve the matter amicably. Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Manila City, Philippines.
